📝 Signing Up

❓ How do I join the Rewards Program?

It's free and easy — just create an account at restmaker.au and you're automatically enrolled. If you already have an account, you're already in. Log in and start earning points straight away.

🎁 What do I get as a rewards member?

Earn points on every purchase, leave reviews, follow us on social media, or refer friends. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. You also receive a birthday reward each year.

👤 Your Account

❓ I already have an account. Do I need to re-register?

No. All existing accounts have been automatically enrolled. Log in and your rewards balance will be there.

🔍 Where can I check my points balance?

Head to your Rewards page after logging in. Your balance, rewards history, and redemption options are all there.

⏳ Will I earn points on purchases made before I created an account?

⚠️ No — points are only awarded for purchases made after your account was created. Make sure you're logged in before placing an order to ensure your points are captured.

💰 Is there a cost to join?

Not at all. It's completely free.

⭐ Earning & Redeeming Points

📈 How do I earn points?

Every dollar you spend earns 1 point. You can also earn points by:

  • 🎉 Signing up (welcome bonus)
  • ✍️ Leaving a product review
  • 📱 Following us on Facebook or Instagram
  • 🤝 Referring a friend who completes their first purchase

🛒 How do I redeem points?

Log in, visit your Rewards page, choose your reward, and click Redeem. Your discount will be applied at checkout. Make sure you're logged in when you check out.

🏢 Can I use points in-store?

Not yet — rewards can currently only be earned and redeemed online. We're working on integrating our showroom in the future.

🔗 Referrals

🤝 How does the referral program work?

Share your unique referral link with a friend. When they make their first purchase using your link, you both receive a reward. The referred person must be a first-time Restmaker customer. Points are added to your account as soon as their purchase is complete — you'll receive an email confirmation when this happens.

🎂 Birthday Reward

🎈 How do I receive a birthday reward?

Add your birthday under 'Ways to Earn' on your Rewards page. On your birthday, we'll email you a discount code valid for 30 days. The code is for your use only and is non-transferable.

⚠️ Note: Your birthday must be registered at least 30 days before the date to receive your reward on time.

🔄 Returns & Points

📦 What happens to my points if I return a purchase?

If you return an item that earned you points, those points will be deducted from your balance. If you used a reward discount on a purchase you're returning, the discount credit goes back to your rewards account and the remaining amount is refunded to your original payment method.

🛑 Points Expiry

⏱️ Do points expire?

Points expire after 3 years of inactivity on your account.

🛠️ Troubleshooting

❌ I didn't earn points on a purchase. What do I do?

Check that you were logged into your account at the time of purchase — guest checkouts don't earn points. Points can take a few hours to appear.

📧 Missing points after 24 hours? Email us at [email protected] with your order number and we'll sort it out.

👥 I referred a friend but haven't received points.

Your friend must be a first-time Restmaker customer for the referral to count, and the purchase must have been made through your unique referral link. Points are added once their first purchase is complete.
